Revelations Chooses Triniel!
Posted by Severn in Uncategorized on September 15, 2009.

After a lot of research and debate, Revelations has chosen Triniel as its home for the launch of Aion.

We will be bringing 30+ members (currently) to Triniel with hopes of running the show.  We look forward to killing some Chickens (one of my many pet names for those Elyos Monkeys) and dominating the PvE content that Aion has to offer.

We look forward to making new friends and, inevitably, new enemies on Triniel.

'Bout that time!

Closed and Open Betas are over and Aion's launch is right around the corner!

Many of our members took the opportunity to try out different classes to make sure they were going to get the most fun out of the characters they will be playing at launch.  Some made some changes, others like myself decided to do what they anticipated doing before trying other classes.

We will be altering our recruiting soon to reflect our needs and will also be choosing a our final destination for retail within the next couple of days!

We're ready to get this thing rolling and do what we do!

Updated!: Gearing Up for Open Beta!
Posted by Severn in Uncategorized on August 31, 2009.

It's about that time to get down on some Aion again!

Our members are ready to test out some other classes to avoid burning out on their chosen classes for release.

Recruitment update: We are going through our roster and cleaning out members that are not active, that have decided against Aion (the blasphemy!), etc.  We will be updating our Recruitment Staus and posts after the Open Beta test that begins this Sunday, September 6, 2009.

We are still recruiting, however.  We are just evaluating our needs currently and will make a more defined recruitment push later.

Our server will be: Wouldn't you like to know?  This will not be announced until after open beta.  There are many reasons behind this.  We would like to avoid the less than savory legions for one and we want to choose the server that will enhance the Legion's play the most.

We look forward to seeing some of you on Israphel during the Open Beta test.  It may be the last we see some of you.

Updated!

We will no longer be rolling on Israphel for Open Beta.  We plan to check out another server for open beta.

Fare thee well, CBT 5. We hardly knew ye....

Another Closed Beta has come and gone.

Our ranks are more seasoned and ready for release.

Things of note that happened this CBT:

- Ortikai, McCloude, Disfected, Gagi and Coldrain all completed the Fire Temple Attunement.  They accomplished this before anyone else in the beta event. They were also the first to kill a boss in the Fire Temple.  Phat loots?  Well, they got a green drop... *Shrug*

- Ortikai, Annyah, Gagi, and Coldrain all forked over the cash (sorry if I missed anyone who donated) to have the Legion upgraded to Level 3.  We got a chance to play around with custom emblems and came up with one that members are still deciding if they like to go live with at retail.

- Leveling has been such a whore in these two and a half day betas, we feel lucky to have 4 people reach 30 and a couple others close behind.  I myself was only able to reach level 23.

- This beta the Legion took quite a bit of a break from PvP and managed to have over double the contribution points from the end of the last beta.  We dropped to 5th in the Asmo Legion Rankings on Israphel, but only had one group do any Rifting for any sustainable period of time.  Gagi led the charge with Ami, Wryn and Biodash in tow.

I have to say that I'm proud of what the Legion has been able to accomplish prior to retail.

I look forward to welcoming a few new members into the fold before the game launches in September and some more after retail.

If you are interested in a laid back, but focused Legion, you are in the right place.

Holla!

Be patient!  It's a big file so it will take some time to buffer.

Temporarily down, till I figure out why its clipped and to get it in another format.
